    • Even when you ask nicely for a refund, they either ignore you, refuse outright, or make you jump through hoops to get a response.
    • They don't have a real refund policy listed on their website, so you basically can't get your money back no matter how bad your experience is.

"Simplify jobs refused to refund, even though there is no refund policy in place on their website. I subscribed to Simplify plus for a month with a hope to ease out my job application process, and because the website promised easier job applications. But I realized in one day that they are not up to the mark. The resume was not tailored properly. I had to maintain and do most of the tasks manually and I cancelled in 1 day. Here is the WORST part. They do not have a refund policy in place. It does not mention anywhere on their website that they do not refund subscriptions. Had I known this, I would have subscribed for fewer days. They do not have a trial version as well, which makes it more important for customers to be able to get a refund if they don’t like the product. And when I reached out to the customer service, the guy refused to refund, then agreed and then backtracked saying that he confused my ticket to someone else’s and I cannot get a refund. Later, he offered me to use it free for a month or give it to my friends to use. Why would I use such a website again, or ask my friends to waste their time on it, and get their credit card details compromised as well. They seem to be a money grabbing business. Overall, worst customer experience. It’s about integrity of the company as a whole here. I will definitely go to all customer forums and talk about this, and raise a dispute against the company to my account. I am sure there will be more people who have something to say about it, and have not been able to yet."
